Hello and welcome to Issue 6 of The Diecast Magazine. This issue features a comprehensive wrap up of Biante’s Dick Johnson collection. This feature covers all of the models produced to date in 1:18, 1:43 and 1:64 scales. The introduction to the article also incorporates a trip that The Diecast Magazine made recently to Dick Johnson’s museum and racing headquarters and is a great opener to this feature. Overall it is a fantastic reference for collectors providing more than just information about the models in the collection that has not been featured since Issue 3 of 1:18 Diecast Downunder.

Also featured in this issue is an insight into making models. John Pisani the owner of Models 56 tells us all about the process he went through in making his 1:24 scale Interceptor coupes. The article is a must read for any collector wanting to know more about how long it takes and the involvement required in producing a diecast model from start to finish.
