Terms and Conditions - Subscriptions
• In subscribing to The Diecast Magazine, you agree and
accept these Terms and Conditions.
• The Diecast Magazine is a quarterly magazine. New subscriptions
will commence from the next issue released. Current issues are
available from select Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million, Hastings
and Walden Bookstores throughout the United States, as well as
Indigo Bookstores in Canada and selected diecast model shops throughout
North America, alternatively visit the TDM SHOP on this website
for back issues available directly from The Diecast Magazine (Months
of release - March, June, September and December).
• Subscriptions to The Diecast Magazine are offered for
an uninterrupted twelve (12) month period for the applicable cost
relating to the relevant delivery address sector specified above.
• Unless I cancel my subscription in writing, I understand
my subscription will be established and will continue for the
period and my account nominated will be billed automatically,
upon completion of the transaction.
• Cancelations of a subscription can only be made in writing
and should be addressed to The Subscription Manager, The Diecast
Magazine, 5 Florence Avenue, Smithtown. NY. 11787. USA.
• If a cancelation is received before the completion of
the subscription period. Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated
and prorated based upon unsent issues at the time of the notice
of cancelation is received.
• All dollar values quoted are in US dollars.

Diecast Downunder may be any one of the previous 12 issues produced
and may contain details that are not current. Complimentary copies
are only available while stocks last. The minimum cover price
value of 1:18 Diecast Downunder $13.50.
• All transactions are processed by an authorized and recognized
third party processor and meet and fulfill the requirements of
PCI Data Security Standards, regarding such transactions.
• While delivery in most cases is within a respectable time
frame, Please allow up to three (3) weeks for delivery within
the United States and Canada and up to five (5) weeks for International
subscribers.
