Supplying Editorial Copy:

General copy (text) should be supplied on IBM/PC format CD-ROM in Microsoft Word format or as a standard TEXT file. Editorial copy can be emailed to us either in the body of the email or as an attachment.

Supplying Photographic Images:

Images should be supplied on IBM/PC format CD-ROM in TIF (Tag Image File), PSD (Photoshop) or as an UNCOMPRESSED JPG image. Images should be in RGB colour spectrum and not in CMYK. Images should be at least 300dpi and be a minimum size of 210mm x 148mm.

Supplying Advertising Artwork:

Complete artwork must be supplied on IBM/PC compatible CD-ROM, preferably in pdf format at 300dpi and in the case of a full page advertisement with 5mm bleed included. All fonts must be embedded and pictures must be CMYK converted. The publisher will also accept high resolution TIF (Tag Image File), PSD (Photoshop) or high resolution UNCOMPRESSED JPG files at 300 dpi. Further, the publisher will accept by email complete artwork in the form of high resolution UNCOMPRESSED JPG files at 300 dpi or in pdf format at 300dpi and in the case of a full page advertisement with 5mm bleed included.
